Update Listing (Group 1) KEN TESTING
1) Check the bottom of the notes to determine what type of lead it is. Add, Update or Remove my Listing.
2) Press the "Find customer by phone number" button on the dialer screen before you make the call to the prospect.
3) Look at the listings as they appear in the directory(s) so you can confirm the information that is incorrect with owner when you reach them.
4) Place the call.
Gatekeeper (Opening Statement): “Hi, I was hoping that you could help me. This is (Sales Rep) with YellowPageCity.com. Could you please connect me with (Contact Name)? Thanks!”
If they ask: “What’s this call in reference to?”
“I am following up on an online request made to my company to have (Business Name)’s business information modified in our directory and (Contact Name) is listed as the person who authorized those changes. I would be happy to hold as you put me thru to them.
If they won’t put your call thru: Is (Contact Name) the right person to sign off on these changes?
OK. Great! Can you at least verify the listing information we have on file?
If Not: Who is? OK, Great! Can you put me thru to them please?
If he is the right person: Can you please have (Contact Name) call me at 585-410-xxxx today or at the latest tomorrow so that they can authorize the changes they requested online previously.
After tomorrow, if we don't hear back from your company,we will assume they do not want to be in our directory. We will then permanently delete the listing from our records. Tell your boss we only need a few minutes and $12 to correct and lock down your listing for an entire twelve month period.

After they confirm the correct listing information:
